RAW FRAME ONLY means you get your frame with a decal set on or attached and a light coat of mineral/linseed to get you into rust free land for a few months - or longer if you like the look - just keep up with your oiling there killa-ace - later, give it a powder coat and fresh decals and it’s like buying a whole new bike!!
